Chief is an exclusive, members-only club for connecting and supporting women executive leaders. We created a brand concept that would challenge the old-boys’-club and empower women in their careers, and beyond. 

Since our initial brand work, Chief has raised a total of $140 million in funding, has hit a $1.1 billion valuation, and boasts a 60,000 person waitlist. Chief membership counts more than 12,000 senior executives from 8,500+ companies, including HBO, Apple, Nike, Google, and NASA.
